Then with the deficit enabled it costs 1 cap per point of defense from turrets and 1 cap per point of power on non-wind generators. Farms start at 2 food for aplot, then 6 at level 2, then 12 food at level 3 plot. Farms take away defense and water production, industustry takes away power, defense, and soemtimes happiness, commercial requires 5 population each. Meaning a level 1 residential plot will use 1 power and 1 food, a level 2 plot will use 2 power and 2 food, etc. ![]() The plots as they level take away form your food, power, water and defense values. It changes the settlers basic needs from 30 population needs 30 food, water, and X defense. The dynamic needs for Sim Settlements is what makes it awesome.
